Product descriptions on this website are provided for general information. Actual specifications, materials, compatibility, regulatory suitability, pricing, availability, customization options, and delivery arrangements must be confirmed through applicable product documentation, quotations, or written agreements.

Products covered

These terms apply to industrial safety product sales, industrial label printers, floor marking materials, safety signs, identification labels, protective equipment, workplace organization supplies, and custom facility marking solutions offered by Creative Safety Supply, LLC.

Suitability and compliance

Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of safety products, labeling equipment, facility markings, and protective equipment for their specific workplaces and applicable legal requirements. Purchasing products does not automatically establish compliance with OSHA, ANSI, ISO, NFPA, or any other regulation or standard.

RFQs and estimates

Requests for quotation and estimates are not binding until confirmed in a written quotation or agreement. Pricing and availability are stated in quotations.

Customer-provided specifications, artwork, and documents

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of specifications, artwork, facility plans, and other documents they provide, and for having the right to use them. Custom work is produced based on the information provided and approved.

Purchase orders, invoices, and payment

Commercial purchase orders may be accepted where applicable. Payment is generally by invoice on the terms stated in the quotation or invoice. Deposits or advance payments may be required where applicable, particularly for custom orders. This website does not process online payments.

Custom orders, changes, and cancellations

Custom-order requirements are confirmed in writing. Order changes and cancellations are subject to the quotation or written agreement and may be limited once custom work or production scheduling has begun.

Availability, production, and shipping

Product availability, production scheduling where applicable, and shipping and delivery arrangements are confirmed in quotations or order confirmations. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Inspection, acceptance, and returns

Customers should inspect products on receipt and promptly notify us of any concerns. Returns, where applicable, are handled as agreed in writing, and custom items may not be returnable.

Warranties

Warranties apply only where expressly provided in writing. Otherwise, products are supplied without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Creative Safety Supply, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products, and its liability is limited as permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
